Eligibility To Rent

1.   Renter must be 18 years or older.
2. A Physical Ghana card or Security Deposit is required for Pickups.
3. Fotokrome reserves the right to refuse rental without explanation.
4. Renter must be in the creative space and know how to use Equipment gears.
5. All required details needed for customer registration must be provided.
6. Passport is required for pickup for non citizens.

Booking & Payment

i) All bookings are confirmed only after full rental payment.

ii) Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.

iii) Equipment availability is not guaranteed until payment is received.

Late Returns & Penalties

i) Late return fees apply per day or hour(s) [as stated at booking].

ii) Failure to return equipment without a reason may result in legal action.
